Tanker broke the riling of the bridge and fall below 40 foot under and got fire for heavy blast. As a result it lost its capacity to carry on. Repairs are estimated at € 32 million and replacement could cost up to € 250 million, with the cost for disposing of the waste. It was the most expensive accident in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Bridge was 30.25 miter wide, 705 miter long and has a bridge surface of 21,326 m².

The Exxon Valdez oil spill occurred in Prince William Sound, Alaska, on March 24, 1989, In 2004, a federal judge in Alaska ordered Exxon to pay $4.5bn (£2.5bn) in damages for the Valdez oil spill, the largest in US history. On March 24, 1989, 10.8 million gallons of oil was spilled when the ship's master, Joseph Hazelwood, left the controls and the ship crashed into a Reef. The cleanup cost Exxon $2.5 billion.

Once in a night a technician press start button to compress liquid gas then the accident happened. within two hours the whole 300 foot platform burnt.167 worker got die and the amount of loss stands 3.4 Billion.

It’s a space accident. In 28 January 1986 Space shuttle Challenger destroy after 73 second when takeoff ,due to a faulty O-ring.
